Searching for a natural, non-medical solution, he recalled a friend introducing him to dairy kefir. The immediate difference inspired him to begin experimenting with fermented drinks at home.

After a few trials, Kirk discovered a non-dairy water kefir, a plant-based alternative that quickly became his daily go-to. Intrigued, he obtained a small batch of water kefir grains and began crafting this refreshing beverage in his kitchen, fermenting it in the warm laundry room basin.

Each flavour was laboratory tested to confirm post-fermentation sugar profiles, and we clearly mark this on the front of each label. Understanding how much sugar we are consuming can be difficult to understand, and we wanted to clearly mark how much sugar was in each bottle.
